Moshaf Al-Madina App Terms of Use:

These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Madarsoft for using Moshaf Al-Madina App, a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we” or “us”) for use of the Moshaf Al-Madina mobile application, the website (madinaquran.com), the servers used by the application, the computer files stored on such servers, and all related services, and all related services, features and content offered by the Company (collectively, the “App”). This Agreement is not concluded with Apple, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, Google, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, or any other entity as may apply. 

Acceptance of terms

• Please read this Agreement carefully. By creating an account or accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
  We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you by email, through the App, or by presenting you with a new version of the Agreement for you to accept if we make modifications that materially change your rights. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated version of the Agreement will indicate your acceptance of the Agreement as modified.
  

Collection of Information

When you access or use Moshaf Al-Madina App, we automatically collect information about your device, including:

• Log Information: We log information about your use of the App, including the type of device you use, the features you use, access times.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about the device’s software, unique device identifiers, Get user installation list for advertising, but do not upload list information directly, using hash algorithm - bloom filter instead, push or other device tokens, mobile network information and time zone.
• Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of the App, including your interested features of app.
• Login with Facebook, twitter, google or apple is mandatory if you want to comment on any article in the app or if you want to comment on our polls.
• when logging in, we save the name and the photo associated with the login account and display it with your comment. So all other users can know which account comments or which account replies to the comment.
• you can request the removal of this data by contacting us via e-mail: [email protected]
• How to exercise your privacy rights : At any time, you can exercise your rights to your information by contacting our data protection officer at [email protected]

Information We Collect from Other Sources

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the App. For example, if you log into the App using a third-party site or platform such as Facebook, we may access information about you from that site or platform, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third party site or platform.

If you log into the App using a third-party site or platform, you represent and warrant that:

• 1. your access and use of such features in connection with the App will comply with the applicable terms and policies of such site or platform;
• 2. Provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information;
• 3. Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
• 4. Provide news and information about the App we think will be of interest to you;
• 5. Personalize and improve the App and provide tailored content and features;
• 6. Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;

Social Sharing Features

The App may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take in the App with other media, and vice versa.

The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.

Advertising and Analytics

• Services Provided by Others

We allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our app. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google Advertising ID, your device type and version, location, in order to provide advertisements.

Push Notifications With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide App-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.

To help us improve our service we collect the following information on an anonymous basis: Operating System, Date & time, Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy (GPS), SSID (network), BSSID (network), Bundle ID, Device Model, Device Manufacturer, Carrier Code (Android only), Carrier Name, Sim Code, Country, and Locale.

Deleting Your Data

You have the right to delete your data. You may do so via the contacting our data protection officer at [email protected]. Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days of receiving confirmation, your information will be entirely deleted from that data.

User Generated Contents

Moshaf Al-Madina app is on a mission to provide a highly suitable content for it's audience. Our app provide some features that enable users to share content with each others Our Community management team regularly reviews the content and take the necessary actions if they find any inappropriate discussion or a comment that does not meet this policy We request you to follow the guidelines otherwise your content or your account will be removed. While creating the content, you shall not: 

• Create Content that can be categorized as hate speech 
• Create Contents that show nudity, crime, weapons, violence, or inappropriate picture or photos. 
• Create Contents that are promoting or supporting any terrorist organization. 
• Create Contents promoting any unlawful. 

At our sole discretion, we also reserve our right to:

• Delete any inappropriate or irrelevant comments or materials.
• Delete or modify comments containing personal data, such as name, address, or email.
• Use, copy, modify, reshuffle, move, change, publicly display, publicly conduct and distribute discussions, comments, and materials.
• Block your comments for any reasons or moderate them as we deem appropriate.

Moshaf Al-Madina Premium Supplementary Terms and Conditions

The Services may also include access to certain optional features and services. The Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service is a collection of premium services that are available only under these Supplementary Terms and Conditions in addition to the Terms of Use (collectively, the "Agreement") and subject to your payment of the fees referenced below.

Access to Moshaf Al-Madina Premium Service

Currently, Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service is accessible only via our mobile application " Moshaf Al-Madina " on an iOS or Android device.

Moshaf Al-Madina Premium Service Termination / Cancellation

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling your subscription through your iTunes subscription settings page or your Google Play subscription settings page. There are no refunds for any fees paid. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT AND THIS AGREEMENT AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO PROPERLY TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE AND THIS AGREEMENT NOR FOR ANY CHARGES AND FEES YOU INCUR AS A RESULT OF NOT PROPERLY TERMINATING YOUR SERVICE AND THIS AGREEMENT.

Fees for the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium monthly service

If you opt to sign up for the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service monthly subscription plan, you will be subject to monthly subscription fees in accordance with the Fee Schedule and related information (the "Fee Schedule"). You will be required to submit payment monthly in advance for access to the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service. We reserve the right to disable access to the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service until payment is received. Fees will be billed monthly on an ongoing and recurring basis even if you are not actively using the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service.

Fees for the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium annual service

If you opt to sign up for the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service yearly subscription plan, you will be subject to annual subscription fees in accordance with the Fee Schedule and related information (the "Fee Schedule"). You will be required to submit payment annually in advance for access to the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service. We reserve the right to disable access to the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service until payment is received. Fees will be billed annually on an ongoing and recurring basis even if you are not actively using the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service.

Fee Schedule

You are responsible for reviewing the Fee Schedule from time to time and remaining aware of the fees charged by us and any applicable discounts. The Fee Schedule, including subscriber or any discounts, is subject to change at any time in our sole discretion.

Your Fee Schedule, and next billing date and amount can be found in your iTunes account's or Google Play Store account's subscription management page.

Payment

Payment for the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service must be made via your iTunes account or Google Play Store account. Amounts paid for the Moshaf Al-Madina Premium service, including prepayments, are not refundable by us.
